Southern Legend Consultants is a young and dynamic property consultancy firm. Frederic Lee founded the firm in March 2018. Frederic has been a real estate professional since the year 2013 and has accumulated valuable experiences from his previous employers, such as Tiong Nam Properties Sdn Bhd (a subsidiary company of Tiong Nam Logistics Holdings Berhad) and Teras Eco Sdn Berhad (a subsidiary company of Axteria Group Berhad)
We take pride in our expertise in marketing and sale of commercial & industrial properties, and land holdings. Over the years, we have collaborated on projects with land surveyors & property valuation firms, financial institutions, legal, and accounting firms. Hence, we are able to offer our clients competent and reliable service, thanks to the backing of these organizations.
